RINIA aims to connect healthcare students and early-career healthcare professionals in Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania, with peers across the diaspora, to share knowledge, opportunities, and experiences in healthcare education.
Case-Based Journal Club Webinar Series
Our Case-Based Journal Club series is designed to strengthen clinical reasoning and research literacy through guided discussion of real clinical cases and medical papers. Each session focuses on a different area of practice, encouraging open dialogue and practical application to real-world settings.
Advisory Network
The RINIA Advisory Network is an initiative that brings together healthcare students and early-career clinicians from Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Albania to help shape the direction of RINIA’s educational work.
